Life’s Cool is a great AC company! Our AC unit finally went out after 17+ years. Mr. Green came out and did some minor repairs on our old unit, so that we could be kept cool until it was time to replace our old unit with a new one. He did this twice. The day finally came when he installed a top of the line AC unit. He was prompt and efficient. He took great care with the entire process, even replacing some old rotting sheet rock. Within a short few hours, we had out new AC fully installed. He then walked us through the process of how the thermostat worked, letting us know about the best type of air filters to use, and made sure everything was in working order before he left. We have recommended his services to two friends and they too are very pleased with his workmanship!

The owner Denzel was extremely professional and courteous . He was able to squeeze me in on a holiday and gave me a 1 hour time frame. He called a half hour before arrival and completed the job in a timely fashion. He needed to order parts for the equipment and set a date for the next time I will be available.
